Potato genome published in Nature

Public genome browser available

The PGSC had made the Solanum tuberosum Group Phureja DM 1-3 516 R44 doubled monoploid genome assembly (DM v3) available for the public via a genome browser. Access to the Supercontigs, Contigs, Loci, and annotation is available through our Data Access website.
